Psychotherapy

I integrate a person-centered and trauma-informed perspective to lay the foundation for a growth-fostering relationship. Through an embodied parts work approach, I support you in gaining insight into the parts of yourself that may be operating from old wounds, narratives, or unmet needs. With more clarity and understanding of how past experiences have shaped parts of you and those parts' emotional burdens, you will find increased compassion to create internal harmony and healing for a more creative and confident way of navigating your current challenges and of building healthier relationships with yourself and others.

This work empowers you to move from a place of courage and curiosity instead of a place of fear and protection.

Somatic Therapy & Embodiment Work

Learning to listen to the wisdom your body holds is an integral part of your healing journey. Your body carries the story of your experiences and is the cornerstone of your emotional processing. By incorporating the lens of your body through embodiment you will find nervous system relief and regulation and greater access to your centered intuition.
